How is Since different from a normal to-do list?

Since is built for recurring jobs. Choose an interval once, mark the job Done when it happens, and the next date moves from that completion. Before the first completion, the interval starts when you create the routine.

Can routines repeat every few days, weeks or months?

Yes. Choose the interval that fits each routine: days, weeks or months. Since is for gaps between recurring jobs. For appointments, renewal deadlines and other fixed dates, use a calendar.

Do I need an account or notifications?

No separate Since account is required. Your routines can sync through iCloud. Notifications are optional: you can open the app to see what is due, what needs attention today and what can wait.

What can I do for free?

You can keep one routine free. A monthly or annual subscription unlocks unlimited routines. The app shows current prices and any trial you’re eligible for.

Can I undo an accidental completion?

Tap Undo when it appears briefly after you mark a routine Done.

Why didn’t a reminder arrive?

Check Settings → Reminders in Since, the routine’s Remind me switch, and notification permission in your device settings. Reminders are scheduled for the chosen hour on the due day. If that time has already passed today, the reminder won’t arrive later.

Why are my routines locked?

If a subscription ends with more than one saved routine, they remain visible but completion, editing and reminders pause. Renew your subscription, or remove routines until one remains to use the free allowance.

How do I restore a purchase?

Open the unlock screen and tap Restore Purchase, using the Apple Account that made the purchase.

Can I use Siri and Shortcuts?

Yes. Ask what’s due in Since or use Mark Routine Done in Shortcuts. Completing a routine through Siri follows the same subscription limits as completing it in the app.

How do I remove a routine?

Open the routine’s edit screen and choose Remove, or use its swipe or long-press menu. Confirm the removal when asked.

Why aren’t my routines syncing?

Check that both devices use the same Apple Account and have iCloud available. Open Since with an internet connection and allow time for sync. If a routine is missing, email me before removing or reinstalling the app.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Use Settings → Subscription in the app while your subscription is active, or open your device’s Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Apple’s subscription instructions explain the steps.
